NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of KBX 411Z, Toyota Matatu and KBK 106B, Toyota Matatu, to take delivery of the m/vehicles which are at Munene Storage Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with costs of this publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
