ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 of the High Court (Organization and Administration) Act, 2015, the Chief Justice/President of the Supreme Court of Kenya has established Kapsabet High Court, with supervisory jurisdiction over Kapsabet, Kabiyet and Tinderet Magistrates Courts, with effect from the 16th January, 2023.
