REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kanchaben Ratikant Mulchane Shah, of P.O. Box 80922–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that Flat No. 1C, erected on all that piece of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXIII/190, situate in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
