REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Nzioka Markindi, of P.O. Box 70772–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0284 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 127/415, situate in the District of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
