THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Grace Rose Njambi Wood alias Grace Njambi Wood and (2) Paschal Babu Wood, as administrators of the estate of (1) Raymond Babu Muhia Wood alias Raymond Joseph Wood and (2) Isabella Eliza Farah Wood alias Isabella Wanjiru Wood, both of P.O. Box 1191–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of all those pieces of land known as L.R. No. 10225 (original Nos. 464/12 and 9684/1), situate in the east of Nakuru Municipality in the Nakuru Area, by virtue of a grant registered as IR No. 18586, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land registers in respect thereof are lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land registers have failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land registers, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land registers shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
