WHEREAS Hussein Sidik Hussein, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0626 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/1531, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card has been misplaced/lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I 268 268 shall reconstruct the white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
