THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruth Wambui Njau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru/Municipality Block 27/887, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause No. 4 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of (1) Dickson Mwangi Njau, (2) Catherine Wangari Njau and (3) Miriam Wanjiru Williams, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Ruth Wambui Njau (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered L.R.A. 50 in the name of (1) Dickson Mwangi Njau, (2) Catherine Wangari Njau and (3) Miriam Wanjiru Williams, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ruth Wambui Njau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
