REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaga Njaungiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.99 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Baragwe/Raimu/367, and whereas the Court at Wang’uru in succession cause No. 280 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Octavious Muthike Mugo (ID/4945513), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land certificate and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the Octavious Muthike Mugo (ID/4945513), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nyaga Njaungiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
