WHEREAS Kennedy Edward Bosire, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta I/16532, and 27th January, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Migori in succession cause No. E58 of 2021, has issued a decree ordering that the name of Kennedy Edward Bosire Mose, be cancelled and substituted with the name of Jeremiah Sime Adero, the cancellation of entries on the same land register and the land title deed issued to Kennedy Edward Bosire if not surrendered within 30 days from the date of gazettement will be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
