THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Ndera John (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.065 and 0.16 hectare or thereabouts known as Bukira/Bwisaboka/4859 and 7635, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Kehancha in succession cause no. E30 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to Wegesa Ngoina Mwita and whereas the land title deeds issued earlier to Francis Ndera John (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration in the name Wegesa Ngoina Mwita, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Francis Ndera John (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
