GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 788

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998, that the Communications Authority of Kenya will revoke the licences of the following operators within seven (7) days from the date of this Gazette Notice. The list of the service providers is as shown in the Table below: Concierge East Africa Limited, P.O Box 101166–00101, Nairobi National Postal/Courier Operator Licence Sokwe Deluxe Safaris Limited, P.O Box 14491–20100, Nakuru National Postal/Courier Operator Licence Eagle Saints Limited P.O Box 21606–00506, Nairobi National Postal/Courier Operator Licence North Rift Luxury Shuttle P.O Box 5398–30100, Eldoret National Postal/Courier Operator Licence Once revoked, the licensees listed above shall not be authorised to provide the services applicable to the relevant licences. The revocation of these licences may affect the public and local authorities, companies, persons or bodies of persons within the country. Any resources held under any of these licences also shall revert back to the Authority upon revocation. The Authority wishes to notify the general public that any legal or natural person, or group of individuals, who are desirous of making any representations and/or any objection to the said revocation of the licences, as aforementioned must do so by a letter addressed to: The Director General, Communications Authority of Kenya, CA Centre, Waiyaki Way, P.O Box 14448–00800, Nairobi, indicating the licence category on the cover enclosing it.
