PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38, notice is given to the County Government of Kitui, of P.O. Box 33–90200, Kitui, the owner of motor vehicles reg. Nos. KCD 711G, KCA 419 F and KCD 109 G, to take delivery of the said vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice from Simba Corporation Limited, Mombasa Road, Nairobi, upon payment of all outstanding repair and storage charges together with any other incidentals costs incurred by the company until delivery of the vehicles are taken. Notice is further given that the motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amounts owing, should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as herein above stated.
