TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2022 By Jesca Obeli Sande alias Betty Pamba Sande, of P.O. Box 15150, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Micheal Joshua Sande, late of Khwisero, who died on 20th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By Shanved Ramnath Kohli alias Shanved Kohli, of P.O. Box 1990– 50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sulaxana Devi Kohli alias Sulaxana Kohli, late of Kakamega Town, who died on 2nd September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
