TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Gitonga M’Ikiara and (2) Samuel Kirimi M’Ikiara, both of P.O. Box 1268–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikiara Ravan M’Turucho alias Ravan M’Ikiara M’Turucho alias Ravan M’Kiara M’Turuchio alias Ravan M’Ikiara M’Turuchio alias Ikiara Turochio alias Ikiala s/o Turuchiu alias M’Kiara M’Ruchiu alias C. M. Ikiara alias Laban M’Ikiara, who died at Katheri, on 27th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
