Box 399, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willis Aggrey Otieno Opoto, who died at St. Monica Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 28th November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E569 OF 2022 By (1) Michael Otieno Asuo and (2) Asuo Simon Akomo, both of P.O. Box 307–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Asuo Asuna alias Asuo Asuna, who died at Chiga Sub-location, on 2nd July, 1998. E699 OF 2022 By Stephen Ochieng Okuku, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ong’ech Kuyo, who died on 3rd July, 2003. CAUSE NO. E722 OF 2022 By (1) Joyce Agaka Liech and (2) Moses Ochieng Liech, both of P.O. Box 44, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Liech Nyangina, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 22nd July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
