TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 550 OF 2022 By Apollo Obote Asoll, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Asoll Okati alias James Asol Okati, who died at West Kanyadwera, on 29th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E608 OF 2022 By (1) Calman Cooper Onyango and (2) James Walhaya Onyango, both of P.O. Box 3442–40103, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Onyango Okumu, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E674 OF 2022 By (1) Monica Ajwang Otieno and (2) Judith Oyombe, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Mbogo, who died on 25th February, 1998. CAUSE NO. E706 OF 2022 By David Ochieng Omwata, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naum Otieno Ochiel, who died on 10th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By Hezron Nyandere Nyagol, of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nichodemus Nyagol Seda alias Nicodemo Nyagol Seda, who died at Kasule Sub-location, on 13th December 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
