TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E593 OF 2022 By (1) Florence Anyango Okeyo and (2) Margaret Atieno Okeyo, both of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Okeyo Omulo, who died at Nyahera, on 25th May, 2001. CAUSE NO. E689 OF 2022 By Bon Onyango Nyaidho, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ondu Oindo alias John Ondu, who died at Lower Kadongo, on 14th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. 692 OF 2022 By Andrew Oulu Agola, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Agola Kiru alias Wilson Agola Kiri alias Agola Kiri, who died at Lower Kadongo Sub-location, on 13th August, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
