TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2022 By Edwin Waweru Gachingu, of P.O. Box 1093–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, through Messrs. Mwathi Wanyaga, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Gachingu Waweu, late of Gituamba, Gatanga, who died at Kayole, on 26th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) Maurice Muhoro Mwangi and (2) Joseph Ndungu Muhoro, both of P.O. Box 1422–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Mukima Mwangi, who died at Kuambu, Thika, on 27th August, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
