TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2022 By (1) Prisca Wambui Muiruri and (2) Jacob Ndwiga Muiruri, both of P.O. Box 7449–01000, Thika in Kenya, through Messrs. Makuno Gacoya & Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muiruri Munene, who died at Thika West, on 3rd February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
