Box 2070, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kangethe Githiri alias Kang’ethe Githire, who died at Kiambogo Sub-location, on 26th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Selina Nyaboke Guto, of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chenaro Osienye Mbaka, who died at Bonyagatanyi, on 20th September, 1987. THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th February, 2023 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
