TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 500 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Nyambura Mwangi and (2) Fred Waigwa Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 216, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winfred Waithiegeni Mwangi, late of Ol Kalou Location, who died at Mary IMM Hospital in Kenya, 18th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. 519 OF 2022 By Joseph Gachau Wanyiri, of P.O. Box 1050, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kariuki Wanyiri, late of Kiriita Location, who died at Thitai Sub-location, on 10th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
