TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By Elijah Gathu Kihianyu, of P.O. Box 17425–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthee Gathu Kihianyu, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Zipporah Waithira Muitha and (2) Wanjiru Kimani, both of P.O. Box 87–20305, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Muitha Kimani, who died at Wanjohi, on 9th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
