Box 1014–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kitabi Mathendu alias Kitavi Mathendu, who died at Kayole Hospital in Kenya, on 27th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2022 By Annastacia Nthenya Mbithi, of P.O. Box 27–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Mbithi Kisio, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2022 By (1) Robert Syatu Daudi, (2) Mathew Mutinda Daudi, (3) Patrick Mwangangi Daudi and (4) Consolata Nduku Mulili, all of P.O. Box 1022–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthenya Muli, who died at Kitwii, on 7th March, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
