CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2022 By Jennifer Wanjiku Maina, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Henia Kamau, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2022 By (1) Lewis Rampei Pulei and (2) Peninah Naisinkoi Kenaye, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ntiamput Pulei, who died at Mater Miserocordie Hospital in Kenya, on 7th Febraury, 2020. CAUSE NO. 102 OF 2022 By (1) Maxwell Wando Wellander and (2) Martin Apollo Ochieng, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Achwal, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2022 By (1) Caroline Mercy Ruguru Muriithi, (2) Charity Wawira Munyi and (3) James Macharia Munyi, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Muriithi Munyi alias Munyi Paul Muriithi alias Paul Munyi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
