E241 OF 2022 By (1) George Wasonga Ouma and (2) Lidwina Awino Ouma, the deceased’s widower and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maren Adoyo Owuonda, who died on 27th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. 389 OF 2022 By (1) Manuel Ominde Wahonya and (2) Omondi Rodgers Nyanjira, the deceased’s widower and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millicent Aseyo Ludeki, who died at Yala Township, on 10th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 424 OF 2022 By Vitalis Ombago Owuor, of P.O. Box 54–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Warinda Obonyo, who died at Koyeyo, on 16th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2023 By Collins Otieno Otieno, of P.O. Box 385, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ngonga Mganda, who died on 9th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
