Box 23071, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Mbugua Mathu, who died at Gathiga, on 18th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2023 By (1) George Kamau Munyua and (2) Edward Kinyanjui Murathe, both of P.O. Box 23071, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Boro Kinyanjui, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th May, 2001. CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2023 By (1) Florence Njeri Ndungu and (2) Paul Wakanya Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 334–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Ndungu Wakanya, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2023 By Peter Njuguna Karori, of P.O. Box 597–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Karori Wangai, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
