Box 179, Ngecha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apolo Warui Mwangi, who died at Tigoni Level 4 Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2018. Box 1181, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Mumbi Wachira, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 14th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2023 By (1) Isaac Kimani Wachira and (2) Geoffrey Gitau Wachira, both of P.O. Box 1181, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Wachira Kimani, who died at Limuru, on 10th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
