TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Bam Sokomwuyoh and (2) Lynette Nyaboke Onsinyo, both of P.O. Box 563–00511, Ongata Rongai in Kenya, the deceased’s father and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gregory Mogaito Sokomwuyoh, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 24th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2022 By Ruth Nduta Mushene, of P.O. Box 24750–00502, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Gitau Njuguna, who died at Karen, on 20th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
