E240 OF 2022 By Johana Jesse Andanje, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ashindu Andanje, who died at Mundeku, on 15th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2022 By (1) Javan Omuyonga Mumanyi and (2) Mourice Majoni Musindalo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumanyi Shibia Okusimba, who died at Bucheya in 2003. CAUSE NO. E244 OF 2022 By (1) Javan Were Mbango and (2) Ruphas Anekeya Amiru, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omubango Kutsushi, who died at Shiraha, on 8th June, 1969. CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2022 By Jane Sabako Nyakweso, of P.O. Box 50, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Duncan Otinga, who died at Nairobi, on 7th December, 2005. CAUSE NO. E249 OF 2022 By (1) Gabriel Kamba Kunda and (2) Patrick Moi Kundu, both of P.O. Box 50, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rapando Chalicha alias Rapando Isaya Chaocha, who died at Lunza, on 24th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By Julius Okusimba Onani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Onani Omoro alias Onani Omoro, who died at Wambulishe in 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
