TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2022 By Henry Nyabuto Gori, of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ounde Onchieku, who died at Boochi Location, on 21st September, 2013. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2022 By Dishon Okemwa Matara Moseti, of P.O. Box 1–40211, Kenyanya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Moseti Mesa, who died at Machonge Borabu Location, on 27th April, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
