TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2022 By Daniel Omwebu Bwana, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yunes Kwamboka Bwana, who died at Bassi Masige West Location, on 1st November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By Meshack Nyangate Nyaundi, of P.O. Box 2–40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaboke Nyaunde, who died at Tendere Location, on 17th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
