TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 194 OF 2021 By Safari Hare Ruwa, of P.O. Box 1–80200, Mida in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hare Randu Kalume, who died at Mida, Kilifi, on 5th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Renson Chugu Katana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwatsuma Kalama Malingi, who died at Chivara, on 8th March, 2000. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Julius Kafani Omari and (2) Baraka Omar Kafani, both of P.O. Box 54–80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omar Salim Kafani, who died at Mtepeni, on 6th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
