Box 84, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maina Wambugu, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2022 By (1) George Riitho King’ori and (2) Florence Wanjiku Thiga, both of P.O. Box 57, Othaya in Kenya, through Messrs. J. K. Mwangi & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingori Karanja alias King’ori s/o Karanja, who died at Kagongo Sub- location, on 7th March, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
