TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By (1) John Kariuki Githua and (2) Anastacia Wagikuyu Githua, both of P.O. Box 3518, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Wambui Githua, who died on 9th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
