TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By George Ouma Oliech, of P.O. Box 1–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambi Ambwaro, who died on 11th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By (1) Deborah Lois Atieno Okeyo, (2) Monica Atieno Okeyo, (3) Samson Awuor Okeyo and (4) Hellen Achieng OKeyo, all of P.O. Box 551–40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Okeyo Pundo, who died on 8th March, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
