TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Otieno Jamwa and (2) Isaac Odhiambo Onyando, both of P.O. Box 45, Chemelil in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Ngolo Onyando alias Joel Ngolo, who died at God-Abuoro Location, on 20th September, 1976. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2022 By (1) Dalmas Otieno Mbata and (2) Tom Okoth Ogola, the deceased’s son and creditor, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbata Otieno, who died on 4th September, 1992. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Raymon Mbogo and (2) Antony Otieno Mbogo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Mbogo Aketch, who died on 2nd April, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
