Box 408–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jephthah Bob Mokua Maubi Somoni, who died on 18th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By (1) Nancy Bosibori and (2) Irene Kerubo Matunda, both of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Makori Nyambane, who died at Nyansakia, Kisii, on 11th April, 2021.
