E89 OF 2022 By (1) Joel Kiplangat Mwei and (2) Robert Kipkoech Langat, both of P.O. Box 506–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui arap Kimeto, who died at Longisa Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Kibilo Tangus and (2) Aron Kipkoech, both of P.O. Box 506–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kiprotich Bii, who died at KapKatet Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
