TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2022 By Justina Chebore Maiwa, of P.O. Box 2–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkwai arap Maiwa, who died at Singorwet Sub-location, on 5th December, 1980. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By Sarah Cheruto Tonui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Chesoboi Kering, who died on 20th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2022 By Wily Kipkemoi Kimeto, of P.O. Box 29, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kikwai A. Langat, who died at Longisa Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2022 By Thomas K. Rono, of P.O. Box 48, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono arap Tuiya, who died at Kichutmo, on 22nd October, 1972. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2022 By (1) Kipkosgei Chepkwony and (2) Raeli Chelangat Techoinet, both of P.O. Box 19–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimetet arap Barkochut alias Kimitei arap Bargochut, who died at Kapkimolwa Sub-location, on 9th October, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
