TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Wanyoike and (2) Samuel Ngige Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 1–020209, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mwihaki Kihiu, who died at Kimana Sub-location, on 23rd May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2022 By (1) Naomi Mami Kiko and (2) Esther Seyian Apale, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoni Kiko alias Leah Muthoni Kiko, who died at District Hospital, Loitokitok in Kenya, on 14th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
