TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By Mukako Mbeva Ndaigwa, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Muendi Mukako, who died at Makueni Hospital in Kenya, on 4th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2022 By (1) Mlobi Kamwele Kamami, (2) David Kamami Kamwele and (3) Elizabeth Mbeneka Kamwele, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamwele Kamami Mumo, who died at Bongwe, on 8th August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
