TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2022 By Miriam Waruguru Kingori, of P.O. Box 57–10106, Othaya in Kenya, through Messrs. Grace Maina, advocate, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kingori Kariuki, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 1998. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2022 By Gregory Maina Waweru, of P.O. Box 313, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Waweru Muthaka, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 17th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
