TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2022 By (1) Ismail Mohamed Abdi and (2) Hussein Mohamed Abdi, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismail Mohamed Abdi, who died at Nairobi, on 18th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2022 By Mohamed Hussein Sheik Abdullahi, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Suleyman Issaq, who died at Nairobi, on 20th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Husein Hassanali Bhanji, of P.O. Box 23941, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will and the last testament to the estate of Yasmin Diamond Hussein Khimani, who died at Nairobi, on 18th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
