TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2021 By Florence Ngii Mohammed, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoki Mulu, who died at Kitui, on 2nd March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Shaban Asuman Musyimi, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adija Muli Muvivya, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 28th January, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
