TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2021 By Trutea Nasike Maruti, of P.O. Box 1300–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James George Maruti alias James Maruti, who died at Kimilili Township. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2022 By (1) Wisdom Nabiswa Wanyonyi and (2) Lucas Cheloti Wanyonyi, both of P.O. Box 98–50202, Chwele in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Wanyonyi Cheloti alias Wanyonyi Cherodi, who died at Sichei Sub-location, on 3rd July, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
