Box 3997–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipyator Chepkokwo Cheserem, who died at Kimoning, on 26th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. 104 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Kipkemboi Chepkwony and (2) Jackline Chelagat Mosbei, both of P.O. Box 44, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimosbei Kisorio Tungo alias Kimosibel A. Kissorio, late of Kaptebee, who died there on 15th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2022 By Helen Jepkogey Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 199–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Michael Kiblel, late of Uasin Gishu, who died at Kuinet Location, on 14th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
