TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2019 By (1) Rusi Chepngeno Kalya and (2) Robert Kimutai Nyautieki, both of P.O. Box 60, Chebunyo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyautieki arap Kalya, who died at Tilangok Sub-location, on 31st August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2022 By (1) Christopher Kipkemoi Maritim and (2) Christine Chebii Soi, both of P.O. Box 263, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maritim Soi alias Maritim arap Soi, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 14th september, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
