Box 80796–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kinyua, who died at Mombasa, on 7th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E232 OF 2022 By (1) Hope Wasai Lombo and (2) Martina Makio Lombo, both of P.O. Box 97054–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, mother and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roman Lombo Mwasi, who died at Chaani Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Ahmed Omar Ali, (2) Jamali Omar Ali and (3) Said Omar Ali, all of P.O. Box 42314–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omar Ali Ahmed, late of Giachonge, who died on 16th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
