CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2022 By Josephine Nduku Ndivo, of P.O. Box 98759, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Ndivo Ndeti alias Kamene Nduku, who died at District Hospital, Makindu in Kenya, on 6th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2022 By (1) Everline Namarome Juma, of P.O. Box 10362–80100, Mombasa in Kenya and (2) David Sifuna Simuyu, of P.O. Box 96159– 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and friend, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gregor Olaf Erwin Hofmann alias Hofman Gregor, who died at Beyondscope Hospital in Kenya, on 4th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
