TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 169 OF 2022 By (1) Caroline Jeruto Mining and (2) Sydney Kibiri Cheboiwo, both of P.O. Box 1606–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Cheboiwo, who died at Mombasa, on 4th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E214 OF 2022 By Christine Ajwang Aliwa, of P.O. Box 97674–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Atieno Otto, who died at Hayat Hospital, Addis Ababa in Ethiopia, on 6th October, 2010. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2022 By (1) Henry Onyango Were and (2) Florence Atieno Were, both of P.O. Box 80333–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob William Were Okelo, who died at Coast Province General Hospital in Kenya, on 28th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
